Acknowledge the Doubt:
Self-doubt is sneaky. It makes us question if we are good enough, ready enough, or capable enough. But here’s the truth: You’ve already overcome hard things before. Let’s find proof of that.
Journal Prompt:
What evidence do I have that I am capable?
Think of past challenges you have faced.
Remember moments you doubted yourself but succeeded anyway.
List at least 3 examples where you figured it out.
Reframe the Narrative:
Instead of “I don’t know if I can do this...”
try:
“I’ve figured things out before, and I can do it again.”
“I don’t have to be perfect- I just need to start.”
“Every expert was once a beginner.”
Call to Action & Encouragement:
You are more capable than your self-doubt wants you to believe. Take action anyway!
