Completed my own "75 Hard" program




I recently completed my own version of "75 Hard." It included the following requirements to be completed everyday for 75 days in a row:

  • 10,000 steps minimum

  • Gratitude journaling

  • 5 min Bible study

  • Additional workouts:

    • 5 strength training sessions a week

    • 3 runs a week

    • 4 ab workouts a week

  • take supplements- magnesium, b12, and multivitamin

  • follow bodybuilding.com's macro calculator's macro suggestions for weight loss

  • no cheating on diet

  • no alcohol

  • skincare

    • morning: vitamin c serum and sunscreen

    • nighttime: matrixl, tretinoin, and moisturizer

🌟You have to start over at day one if you miss any or cheat!
