I recently completed my own version of "75 Hard." It included the following requirements to be completed everyday for 75 days in a row:
10,000 steps minimum
Gratitude journaling
5 min Bible study
Additional workouts:
5 strength training sessions a week
3 runs a week
4 ab workouts a week
take supplements- magnesium, b12, and multivitamin
follow bodybuilding.com's macro calculator's macro suggestions for weight loss
no cheating on diet
no alcohol
skincare
morning: vitamin c serum and sunscreen
nighttime: matrixl, tretinoin, and moisturizer
